Guys, for the shareholders agreement I was thinking that you have 75% so you have a comfortable majority and I will get 25%. We would get these shares over a period of time (vested time), to make sure that everyone stays involved in the project. I came up with that number based on my previous experience working at the start-up in Luxemburg. I had 16% and a monthly salary during two years. The day we give dividends and/or salary it would be shared proportionally based on the shares everyone owns. Let me know your thoughts. We can Skype too.
The Dumb Fox tells you the true story of what it's really like to build a startup in today's world. We keep ourselves authentic throughout, highlighting the struggles, success and everything in between. What we write about is what we go through at the moment and not another success story told looking back. Because let's face it, that's just boring and we already know the end, so what's the point really?
